Communicating the impact: Enhancing macro-regional narratives for EU stakeholders
This interactive workshop aims to equip EU macro-regional strategies (MRS) stakeholders and Interreg programmes with practical skills to craft compelling impact stories. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate the added value delivered by macro-regions, targeting political representatives in MRS countries and key EU-level stakeholders, including Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and thematic Directorate-Generals (DGs) of the European Commission. The session will provide hands-on training, tips, and strategies to develop clear, engaging, and impactful messages that resonate with high-level decision makers. We are welcoming to this workshop stakeholders who are interested to practice creating impactful messages about MRS.
Participants will learn the art of factual storytelling - a technique commonly used in documentaries, long-form journalism, and TED talks - to explain logically complex topics.
Over the course of six intensive and interactive hours, participants will practice the method and learn to apply it to various communication tools, including press releases, presentations, and web content.
