Baiba’s expertise lies in coaching, building skills, and fostering cooperation in Interreg and EU macro-regional strategies . She leads a network of Interreg transnational programmes that support the macro-regional strategies and contributes to developments across these Strategies. Her dedication is focused on empowering people and enhancing collaboration. Since joining Interact in 2010, she has been developing capacity building initiatives.

Previously, Baiba worked for the Managing Authority of two Interreg cross-border programmes in Latvia.
