Rafael is the project and product manager for keep.eu, a knowledge management platform encompassing all of Interreg, with a focus on data related to projects, partners, and programmes. He manages the keep.eu website and ensures the platform’s ongoing development, relevance, and monitoring, while also overseeing its processes.

Before assuming this role, Rafael was Interact's communication manager in 2011 and 2012.
