Monika specializes in managing Interreg projects and programmes, with a particular focus on project changes, monitoring, and closure , project quality, AI, flexibility and adaptability within these programmes. Together with her colleagues, Monika is dedicated to promoting sustainability by integrating sustainable practices into programme and project management. Additionally, she coordinates the cooperation network of Interreg programmes in the Baltic Sea Region .
