Arkam focuses on capacity building in Interreg programmes. This includes providing trainings on communication rules and practices, organising events for exchange of practice, preparing practical guides, among others. Arkam specialises on the use of artificial intelligence in Interreg programmes for communication purposes.

Arkam previously worked in Black Sea Basin and Bulgaria – Turkey programmes, and various EU-funded projects. He holds BA in communications and MA in EU Politics and International Relations.
