Žaneta focuses on the programme and finance management of Interact. She ensures the quality of official documents and coordinates the processes within the Joint Secretariat. Additionally, she facilitates regular meetings of interregional programmes and supports the preparation, organisation and follow-up of the Coordination Board and Monitoring Committee meetings.

Previously, Žaneta worked as an education and project manager, as well as a lecturer.
