Launch of Interact Academy: Empowering New Interreg Programme Managers

On Friday 20 October we will launch the Interact Academy, an innovative platform to help new Interreg programme managers develop the skills they need to perform their roles with confidence and efficiency.
The Interact Academy offers tailored support based on a harmonised approach. Courses draw on the best practices of the wider Interreg community, and are focused on practical learning that is based on adult educational approaches. This means learners have access to relevant and applicable resources that have proved to be successful in similar contexts. And the content is delivered in a way that is easy to absorb.
Flexibility is at the core of the Interact Academy's learning approach. Learners can complete many tasks at their own pace, allowing them to fit their learning with their individual schedules.
The approach also facilitates specific collaboration learning, creating opportunities for focused interaction and knowledge-sharing.
