Updated plans and agenda for the Harvesting event

Interreg wide consultation

14 November 24 3 mins read

The dynamic elements of the Harvesting event are taking shape, and we are delighted to update the agenda to reflect new plans and proposals.

Firstly, the lunch break and networking moment on Day 2 is being extended to 120 minutes. This will give participants more time to exchange with each other and to reflect on the discussions. It will also enable participants to meet with Interact in the Breakout room 'France' to discuss any of the sections of the 'Additional elements' paper that may have caught the interest of programmes.

Secondly, the Monday evening networking moment will be a Belgian themed buffet dinner at the Thon EU hotel. Participants will need their name badge in order to attend the dinner, and sample some of the various things that Belgium is famous for!

Speaking of name badges, for those coming, in case you forget where you are supposed to be, you will be able to consult your name badge, which contains your personalised agenda for the event. Which sessions you signed up for, and where they take place, are noted on your badge.

Finally, Interact is bringing a memorial book for Bernhard Schausberger who was a core contributor to many of the Post 2027 topics, as well as many different aspects of Interreg over the past 25 years. You are invited to contribute your memories of him, which will be shared with the family.

The updated agenda is available on the link below, and we will hopefully confirm the availability of a web-stream focused on the plenary sessions shortly, enabling those not coming to follow the key moments from Day 2.

We look forward to seeing the participants in Brussels soon!
