We will dive into the most common pitfalls in communication campaigns and show you how to avoid them. Curious about the kind of mistakes we’ll cover? Think endless online meetings, overly formal Instagram posts, and the classic blunder of targeting the "general public". Spoiler alert: "general public" essentially means "no one". And that crucial social media post you didn’t boost? It’s reaching exactly zero people.

We have compiled a treasure trove of mistakes to share, many from our own experiences. Yes, we will honestly discuss our own missteps and the valuable lessons we have learned. After all, the only people who don’t make mistakes are those who don’t do anything at all.
