Calls in the pipeline and peer review
Building on the experience and knowledge of the previous events in the preparation of the calls, Interact organises a peer-review session to discuss/review/examine the draft Terms of Reference (ToR) and any other related documents. The purpose of this exercise is to share reflections which help design a good call for proposals and other relevant call documents, i.e specifications and requirements.
This exercise not only helps the “reviewed” programme but will also contribute to the drafting of the terms of reference in other programmes by gaining more knowledge and discovering new aspects.
Besides the peer-review exercise, we will also reflect on some crucial aspects which need to be considered when preparing a call for proposals:
• ensuring good time management;
• strategic planning of the budget;
• planning capacities to handle the workload in a smooth and efficient way.
This can be a convenient moment to reflect on how the experience and lessons learnt from the last calls in 2014 - 2020 can contribute to the new calls in the 2021 - 2027 period.
In addition, to have successful calls for proposals all the programmes’ bodies such as MC, MA and JS need to be actively involved in the different stages. What are the different roles and how do they contribute to the definition of the calls for proposals?
Who is it for?
The target group of the workshop is MA/JS staff involved in overall programme management (planning, monitoring and implementation). We warmly welcome participants representing MC members in Interreg programmes.
Format
This is an interactive workshop. Hence, we expect an active contribution from all the participants during the whole workshop.
