Practical approaches to New European Bauhaus
Description
The New European Bauhaus is a creative and transdisciplinary movement in the making!
The New European Bauhaus (NEB) as initiative to trigger a new, more holistic generation of projects was launched in 2021. It should encourage new pathways to project generation and highlighting promising examples. Its key slogans are:
• It is a bridge between the world of science and technology, art and culture.
• It is about leveraging our green and digital challenges to transform our lives for the better.
• It is an invitation to address complex societal problems together through co-creation.

For programme practitioners the challenge of properly integrating it into the programme and project life cycle is still there. Building on our previous NEB event (1 June 2022) in this event we would like to brainstorm with you on how to integrate the NEB principles into the implementation of the Interreg programmes. Therefore, we will discuss
• Key aspects and options to integrate it as new quality element in projects
• Possibility of launching a dedicated NEB call
• Approaches how to integrate and highlight the NEB principles in standard calls
• Pragmatic aspects of the selection criteria
• Proper mechanism to anchor the NEB in the MC discussion
• The different stages, where the NEB expertise is advantageous
