Draft budget and project specific SCOs

SCOs

The draft budget method is becoming more and more popular among Interreg programmes as a method to set up project-specific SCOs. Several programmes have already chosen it for small-scale projects and small projects within Small Project Fund (SPF), while some are still considering it as an option. With their choice, the first practical questions popped up.

During the seminar, together with programmes that have already applied the method, we will address these practical issues and exchange collected knowledge and expertise. In the first session, we will focus on the two most crucial steps of the method; i.e., the assessment of the initial budget followed by the transformation into SCOs. In the next session, we will continue with issues related to the implementation of (small) projects with project-specific SCOs.

The last session of the webinar will be dedicated to the draft budget method specificities within an SPF. For more details, please have a look at the attached agenda.
