Small Project Funds - 3.2.1...Ignition!
Another year has passed and we would like to meet and exchange with you on the current status of implementation of Small Project Funds (SPF) in programmes.
Several programmes have selected their SPF beneficiaries. Several have already launched calls for small projects. As you have heard from previous meetings, SPF is being used for new initiatives like support of innovation within SMEs or preparation of the cross-border territory for the 2025 European Capital of Culture.
We are very curious to hear from you on the progress of this work. We also would like to continue our discussions on lean management in SPF; in particular, regarding small projects selection and management verification.
Last but not least, we would like to propose a joint exploration of the new topic – evaluation of SPF.
The target group for this event is MA/JS/EGTC/Euregio staff who are involved in the implementation of small projects through the SPF model (planning, implementation and monitoring).
