Interreg Surgery - launch

Procedures Project reporting monitoring closing Project life cycle

The first projects have been approved… Now what?

As we approach the mid-point of the programming period, Interact is excited to introduce the Interreg Surgery—a new concept for a series of online events designed to support Interreg project and programme officers. This initiative provides a unique space for officers to discuss the ongoing challenges of programme and project implementation, identify best practices, and share lessons learned.

At this launch meeting, programmes will have the chance to suggest specific implementation challenges for future events to address. Using the feedback gathered during this session, Interact will finalize and announce the topics and dates for the Interreg Surgery series, set to begin in early 2025.

This event is intended for Interreg project and programme officers from the Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities who play a crucial role in guiding projects through the complexities of the implementation phase. Join us for this opportunity to shape the focus of the Interreg Surgery and make your voice heard in developing solutions and sharing knowledge across programmes.

The Agenda for this event is available here.
